Athens: Budget Hotels near Larissis Train Station

train-stationThere are two train stations serving Athens and Larissis Station is the main one. It’s located on the northern edge of Athens’ center, quite close to Omonia Square (1 km).

Looking for a budget hotel close to Larissis Station is a good idea since you’ll have access to everything: from the historic landmarks in the city center to the close-by destinations easily reachable by train or ferry.

Generally speaking, budget hotels offer basic facilities. But if you are looking for private rooms, these are the best choices. Also, some offer complimentary breakfast and with some luck you can even have Internet access for free.

Hotel Filoxenia

Located at just 500 m from Larissis Station and close to Omonia Square, Hotel Filoxenia is a great choice for those on a budget. There are 51 rooms available, all with private bathrooms, AC and TV. Aristoteles Hotel

Marina Hotel Athens
