Note: for this route (both ways) you can only book the slow ferry online.

  1. Hi,
We would like to go from Paros to Sifnos 9/7-13. And from this page I can see that it should be possible.
The following ferries connect the two islands during the high season 2013 (June-October):

    Sun 8:40 a.m., until Jun 23, Sept 15 – Oct 27
    Tue 8:40 a.m., Sept 10 – Oct 29
    Tue 8:40 a.m., Apr 2 – Jun 25
    Tue 10:25 a.m., Jul 2 – Sept 3
    Sun 11:20 a.m., Jun 30 – Sept 8

But when I use the like and try to book tickets, nothing comes up.

Hope that you can help me.

is that Jul 9th or Sep 7th ? I don’t know which style of dates you are using (European vs US).

In general, you cannot book the ferries so far in advance. Usually you’d have to wait about 2-3 months before departure.

Also, while the schedule exists it’s not “officially approved yet” , so it won’t show up in booking engines yet. Try after May 15th.

  2. Hi Cristina

According to your unofficial timetable above would there be a hydrofoil or ferry from Sifnos to Paros
on September 7 2013 preferably, and at what time woud it depart?

    Regards

    Andy

    • @Andy,

the schedule is based on the official one but also includes the ferries which aren’t approved yet but are proposed by the ferry lines.
as i’ve said, it’s always best to check again about 2 months before departure b/c that’s when you’d be able to book as well.

I couldn’t find any ferry between Sifnos and Paros on Sept 7.
The schedule for Sept is not officially approved but I did find one on the 8th at 6:50 p.m. , on the 10th and 15th at 4:30 p.m.

      Hope it helps.
