Samos, Vathi or Karlovassi?

The island of Samos is served by two ports: Vathi and Karlovassi.
The ferries to/from Mykonos use the Karlovassi port, located on northwest side of the island and it is considered the commercial center of Samos, as well as Vathi.

How long does it take to get from Mykonos to Samos?

The ferry ride takes 3 h 40 min on the Mykonos – Karlovassi route and 4 h 40 min on the Mykonos – Vathy route.

Is there a high speed ferry between Mykonos and Samos ?

No, the ferry operated by Blue Star ferries is slow, allowing both passengers and vehicles.

How much does it cost to get from Mykonos to Samos by ferry?

The price depends on the port you travel to/from on Samos, the operator, and the type of seat.
